Conner Prairie
Conner Prairie is one of the largest attractions in the Midwest and one of the most visited outdoor museums in the country. Their 5-year-old case statement was ready for re-evaluation of what still resonated and what no longer served them. They needed an updated strategic narrative and subsequent grant support, using new language that would catalyze stakeholder engagement.
