Based in the Riverside neighborhood of Near Northwest Indianapolis, The Learning Tree, LLC provides professional development consulting services to local, regional, and national institutions, teaching them the practices of asset-based community development. As the organization approached its 10-year anniversary, they found themselves on a rapid growth trajectory. We worked with The Learning Tree to develop an updated mission, vision, and strategy statement that would articulate the expanding scope of their work and impact.
